Empress Cemetery Register says he died at the age of 52 years from a Fractured skull and was attended by Mr. McNeill.

Dead On Road Near Bindloss

The death occured Friday, December 15, of Carl John Hansen Magnuson, of Vandyne. Deceased was found dead near Bindloss, with a fractured skull which had evidently been sustained in a fall from his horse. A funeral service was held at the undertaker's parlors on Wednesday, in the prescende of a son, Ernest Magnuson, relative and friends. Deceased was in his 53rd year. Interment was made in the Empress cemetery.
